Meet Our Team

Dr. Kuhlman opened Physical and Aesthetic Medicine in 2013 after expanding his Botulinum toxin practice and completing  numerous aesthetic and anti-aging certification courses.  Dr. Kuhlman has been injecting botulinum toxins for twenty years for a variety of conditions including spasticity, dystonia, migraine, hyperhydrosis, blepharospasm, neuromuscular disorders, pelvic floor myospasm, Raynaud's disease, cosmetics, etc.

Jodi is a 2002 graduate of Ottawa-Glandorf High School. She attended Bowling Green State University and University of Toledo Medical Center and received a Bachelors in Nursing Science. She worked for five years as a critical care nurse and one year as a rehabilitation nurse. In 2013, she graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a Masters in Nursing Science. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner.

Kathy is a 1983 graduate of Forest Park High School. She attended the University of Cincinnati and received her Associate Nursing degree in 2002 from the Christ Hospital School of Nursing. She completed her Bachelor’s in Nursing Science at Miami University while working in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. In 2016, she graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Masters's in Nursing Science. 

Jennifer is the RN on our staff here at Physical and Aesthetic medicine and does all procedures that can only be performed by a licensed nurse. She is a 1997 graduate of Bath High School. She attended Rhodes State College and received an Associate in Applied Science in Nursing and then worked for 10 years as a Surgical/Oncology nurse.

Kristen moved to the Shawnee area as a graduate from Wright State Lake Campus, with a background in psychology and mental health. She genuinely loves people and excels at making sure our patients are comfortable and happy. 

Julie graduated from Ottoville High School and The Ohio State University with a degree in physical therapy. She met her future husband, Kurt, in physical therapy school and they were married two weeks before he started medical school. She completed her Masters of Health Science degree from the University of Indianapolis. Julie works as a physical therapist, and she is the financial manager of Physical and Aesthetic Medicine.
In her spare time she enjoys jogging, traveling and spending time with her family.

Shaney received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from Utah Valley University.  She moved to the Lima area in the fall of 2019 with her husband to pursue his employment at Ford Motor Company during which she enjoyed being a stay at home mom.  She has always had an interest in all things beauty: makeup, hair products, and skincare regimens and treatments.
