Skin rejuvenation is a treatment to resurface your skin, or to improve the texture, clarity and overall appearance of your skin. Some conditions that can be treated include fine lines and wrinkles, darker pigmentation, enlarged pores, acne scars, vascular conditions, dull uneven skin and loss of skin tone. Following treatment, you should have a healthier, more youthful appearance.
What areas of the body respond to skin rejuvenation?
The face is the most common area for skin rejuvenation. Areas exposed to the sun including the neck, upper chest (decolette), upper back and the back of the hands and arms can look years younger following skin rejuvenation procedures.
What are my skin rejuvenation options?
We are a full service medical spa that offers a wide variety of skin rejuvination options including LaseMD Ultra laser, IPL laser, micro-needling, chemical peels, hydrafacial, Plasmapen, MLS laser, cryotherapy, dermaplaning, Vampire facelift and professional skin care products.
LaseMD Ultra
laser is a low-downtime laser that resurfaces the skin, giving it a bright tone and improved texture. It is very effective at treating acne scars, melasma, sun damaged skin, uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation, age spots, freckles, and even actinic keratosis (pre-cancerous lesions). It is used primarily on the face and sun exposed areas of the body such as the neck, upper chest (decolette), upper back and back of the hands and arms. There is some discomfort during the 10-20 minute session, and the treated skin will have a dry sand-paper like texture for about 5-6 days. We charge $1600 for treating the entire face four times spaced 3-4 weeks apart, but significantly less for areas of the body.
IPL laser
Is most helpful for treating darker pigmentation caused by sun damage and vascular lesions (flushing , spider veins). There is minimal discomfort and no downtime for the 20-30 minute procedure. The cost is $700 for three sessions.
Micro-needling
delivers up to 1300 micropunctures into the skin per second resulting in significantly increased collagen production. This is most helpful for improving fine lines and wrinkles, scars, stretch marks and uneven skin tone. There is minimal discomfort for the 40 minute procedure. We charge $1200 for four treatments.
Chemical peels
are concentrated solutions that exfoliate the skin. They are most effective at treating sun damage, uneven skin tone and acne scars. There is minimal discomfort for the 10 minute procedure, but the stronger peels can cause your skin to peel for 5-7 days. We charge $150 to $350 for a wide variety of chemical peels.
Hydrafacial
is medical-grade facial that cleanses, exfoliates and infuses the skin with a variety of serums unique to your skin care needs. If you want to have a true "spa experience" pamper yourself with a hydrafacial for instant skin rejuvenation. The cost is $199 to $299.
Pick 4:
We frequently recommend our "pick 4" program where you can select 4 of the above 5 procedures (LaseMD laser, IPL laser, micro-needling, chemical peel, hydrafacial). This enables you to try a variety of skin rejuvenation treatments, usually spaced a month apart, at a reasonable cost. You can even have your favorite treatment done twice. The cost is $1200.
Plasmapen
Is our best treatment for reducing wrinkles around the lower face, eyes and neck.
MLS laser
Is most effective at improving dark thick scars.
Cryotherapy
Can quickly destroy small skin lesions such as warts, skin tags, moles and cherry angiomas.
Dermaplaning
Is an extremely effective and inexpensive exfoliating treatment.
Vampire facelift
Uses your own blood to rejuvenate your skin.
Professional skin care products
Are a must to keep your skin looking great between treatments.
